Eric was great, he gave us exactly what we wanted and if I had any questions either before or during our trip, he was quick to respond and help!

My trip was the best trip I've ever taken and he is pretty much to thank for that. I'm ready to start panning for my next trip.

M & M Travel and Tours handled our school's annual tour of Chicago and did a fantastic job! Everything was included in one price, all the transportation was perfect throughout the town, and the hotel he booked us in was great. We got to see so many sites, from taking the cruise down the Chicago River to the National Museums, Millennium Park, and more. Eric was fantastic!! This was our first time using a travel agent so of course we had tons of questions along the way. Eric had no problem answering our questions in a very nice and polite manner, no matter how dumb. He guided us every step of the way and was very quick (usually within minutes) to respond, everytime. He provided us with an amazing vacation and memories that will last a lifetime. We had absolutely no issues and that's the way a vacation should be!!
