Super Bowl Winning Head Coach Races Fellow Cruise Guests On Board Norwegian Bliss
Miami – Jul 25, 2018
Tony Dungy, retired Indianapolis Colts head coach and two-time Super Bowl winner, recently gave fellow guests a run for their money in a “Race with the Coach” aboard Norwegian Bliss, Norwegian Cruise Line’s latest and most innovative ship.
The Hall of Fame coach not only treated guests to an exclusive meet-and-greet but also provided fans with an opportunity to race him around the ship’s two-story go-kart track, which, at over 1000 feet, remains the longest at sea. Nine lucky guests were able to put the pedal to the metal for an exhilarating eight laps around nine twists and turns in a race surrounded by the magnificent sights of Alaska. The go-karts are entirely electric and can reach up to 30 miles per hour.
Coach Dungy also treated football fans on board to a hosted autograph signing and question and answer session during which he shared his inspiring story and offered advice on working with others to achieve success.
