The former home for P.F. Chang’s flagship location on Paradise Road becomes the first eastside location for fried chicken sandwich giant Chick-fil-A. The chicken purveyor allocated an estimated $1.1 million in construction costs alone to replace the vacant, 9,000-square-foot fusion restaurant with a 4,561-square-foot location with a drive-thru, equipped with two lanes shaded by canopies. The permit is making its way through the Clark County approval process.

P.F. Chang’s originally debuted its first local flagship at this location in October 1996 and closed in fall 2018. Chick-fil-A plans to demolish the site.

A representative for Chick-fil-A described the location across from the Silver Sevens Hotel & Casino at the interaction of Flamingo and Paradise roads as featuring an all white exterior with a red lettering color scheme, reflecting the subtle design of Morton’s The Steakhouse across the street on Flamingo Road.

Yet to be announced by the parent company, an estimated opening date, or future serving hours, have not been revealed.

Chick-fil-A opened its 11th area location at West Charleston Boulevard and South Fort Apache Road on Thursday, January 7. The location offers a drive-thru and curbside pickup for mobile orders through the Chick-fil-A mobile app.
